Shabrina Kara is the founder of Style with Kara. She trained at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York. Shabrina helps ambitious, busy women transform their wardrobes from chaos to clarity. Her mission is simple: to empower women to look and feel great every day. She believes that when you look good, you feel good, and that positive energy radiates into every part of your life. By curating capsule wardrobes with intentional pieces, Shabrina takes the stress out of getting dressed and boosts her clients’ confidence.
Her clients include executives at Google, tech innovators at Depop, C-suite leaders across the globe, and corporates like Delta Airlines, where she partnered as the lead stylist for their cabin crew.
With a focus on versatility, timeless fashion, and empowerment, Shabrina’s approach ensures that her clients not only look incredible but feel unstoppable—ready to conquer their day, every day, with ease, no matter what they are doing.
Sandra Cohen
Born and raised in Paris, Sandra began her career managing operations in her family’s real estate business. A move to Asia (Singapore and Hong Kong) in 2006 marked a pivotal point in her life. There, an eye-opening personal experience led her to explore solutions beyond conventional medicine, bringing her to the world of kinesiology. Now based in London, she offers personalized, private sessions in nutrition, nutrigenomics, neuro-energetic kinesiology, and executive coaching, both in-person and online.
Along with kinesiology and executive coaching, her practice is deeply enriched by the principles of Functional medicine. This approach allows her to address the root causes of various health issues, including hormonal imbalances, metabolic disorders, and Gut Health concerns, using a holistic and personalized strategy. Functional medicine’s comprehensive view complements her expertise in nutrition, nutrigenomics and kinesiology, offering a complete wellness package.
Going beyond surface-level symptoms enables me to guide her clients towards sustainable solutions that foster balanced physiological, physical, emotional and spiritual states.

When are the live sessions held?
Our live sessions kick off on January 16, 2025, at 12:30 PM and will happen weekly for 4 weeks. Each session lasts just one hour, giving you valuable insights and time to engage without overwhelming your schedule.
What if I can’t attend a live session?
No worries! All live sessions will be recorded and made available to participants. You can catch up at your own pace and ensure you don’t miss any valuable insights.
Will this take up a lot of my time?
We know life can be busy. Each session is designed to deliver impactful learning in just one hour per week. Additional materials and exercises are provided but optional, allowing you to tailor your involvement based on your availability.
How long will I have to catch up if I need to?
You’ll have access to all session recordings and workshop materials for 3 months after the workshop concludes. This provides ample time to review the content and fully integrate what you’ve learned.
Do you offer a refund for the program?
Due to the nature of the program being virtual and providing access to pre-workshop materials and recordings, we do not offer refunds. We encourage participants to commit fully to gain the most from this transformative experience.
